To access Partner Reports/Templates endpoints, you must use an administrator token with identity:people_read, along with spark-admin:reports_read or spark-admin:reports_write scopes. The authenticated user must be a Partner full administrator or Partner read-only administrator of the organization to which the report belongs.

Reports available via Webex Partner Hub may be generated and downloaded via the Partner Reports API.
